Policy Changes & Cancellation

If you have purchased an insurance policy and wish to cancel or modify it, please follow the instructions outlined below. Make sure you follow the instructions carefully, so that we can handle your request appropriately and in a timely manner.

Policy Changes

Policy changes include name change, address change, trip date change, beneficiary change, passport information changes and other changes to your policy, as well as requests for replacement ID cards.

  1. Please email Policy@sevencorners.com
  2. Make sure the First & Last Name of the policyholder (this is the primary insured, the first person listed on the policy) is on the email subject line.
  3. Include the following information in the body of the email:
  • First & last name of the policyholder.
  • Date of birth of the policyholder.
  • Certificate number.
  • Give full description of what changes you’d like to be made to your policy.

A member of our team will contact you within one business day regarding your request.  Submitting this request does not guarantee policy changes will be made, please refer to your policy (Certificate of Insurance or Program Summary) for specific policy restrictions and provisions.  Please do not submit multiple emails for the same inquiry, as this could delay the processing of your request.

Cancellations

  1. Please email cancel@sevencorners.com
  2. Make sure the First & Last Name of the policyholder (this is the primary insured, the first person listed on the policy) is on the email subject line.
  3. Include the following information in the body of the email:
  • First & last name of the policyholder.
  • Date of birth of the policyholder.
  • Certificate number.
  • Requested date of cancellation (this may be today or any future date, but cannot be a past date.)

Cancellations typically take 7 business days to process.  Any refundable premium will be returned to you in the same manner in which it was paid. Once your request has been processed, we will send you a confirmation email. Please refer to your policy (Certificate of Insurance or Program Summary) for specific cancellation and refund provisions.  Submitting this request is not a guarantee of policy cancellation and/or refund of premium.  Please do not submit multiple emails for the same inquiry, as this could delay the processing of your request.
